What is the Shoulder & Spine Mobility Lab?

Prepare for a spine that feels like butter, shoulders that are both open and strong, and those knots in your upper back to melt away. This isn’t a casual stretching routine. This is strength-based mobility training built on FRC / Kinstretch principles - joint assessments, active control, targeted drills, and progressive loading.

INTRODUCTION & ASSESSMENT: 

This section gives you everything you need to be successful with the program. From mindset videos, to a daily 3 minute practice - so you can improve even when you're short on time.

7 MINI MOBILITY CLASSES

This section has 15 minute classes. Short classes with loads of value - so you can keep improving even when you don't have time for a full-length class.


12 FULL LENGTH CLASSES

Each week you will get 2 new 40-45 minute mobility classes focused on the upper body. These classes are designed to improve your flexibility AND you strength - this is not just a stretch class. I give you so much knowledge in these classes to understand how your body works and create lifelong improvements.

  • What if I fall behind?

    You have lifetime access to course content. Which means there us no pressure to rush to the end! You can do your favourite classes over and over. Remember, going at 60% intensity for a full year will always get your farther than going 100% for 6 weeks, then falling off. That is why you have access to me for 6 weeks to ask questions about how to make this work for your life.

  • What equipment do I need?

    The program is minimal equipment. You will need a yoga block, a lacrosse or tennis ball, and a dowel or broomstick.

  • What is Kinstretch?

    Kinstretch is the method used in the program. It is a system to increase range of motion, increase joint strength, and maximize body control. The result is decreased stiffness in the body, improved strength, and improved body awareness.
